I was diagnosed with IBS this last week And now that I know what has been slowly killing me the past few years , I’m on the low fab diet a week in I’m feeling tons better !! I will surly continue
So glad to hear that the low FODMAP diet is helping so much! Do review the reintroduction of FODMAP foods over time also to help promote ongoing healthy gut microbiota and prevent risk of longer-term micronutrient deficiencies.

So in the mornings About 30 min after waking up my upper abdomen starts hurting a little bit but after passing my first bowel movement it starts getting worse than towards the end of the day around 8pm it’s starts subsides then all over again in the morning. I had a colonoscopy/endoscopy, HIDA scan, CT scan and X-rays done and all are normal. What can this be? I’ll be starting to eat nothing but fruits and vegetables and see if that helps.

I have been diagnosed with IBS-D The problem is I have hyper acidity too. Could you do a content on that too? If ever possible 🥹
