Mark is a truly underrated guitarist. He’s actually pretty technically sound and plays right on the mark. He doesn’t miss a single note. This guy has some serious musicianship.
I don't care what people say, I love these AOL session performances that Creed did here. You can hear Tremonti's growth as a guitar player and how tight the band is. There is an unspoken magic and chemistry when these guys play together. You can just feel it.
I prefer the first album, the sound is cleaner, less reverb or something. Also, I can't stand to listening albums that every song sings about negative stuff and clinging to an abusive past, fuck that shit. The lyrical content on Tremonti's recent work is very telling of his own personality. Wanna indulge in self pity and stay locked in the past, dude? Fine, but don't count with me, I'm gone.
Great band! Scott stapp is a great front man, vocalist and writer. Mark tremonti is a great guitarist, song music writer and a good vocalist. It doesn't matter who says what it's a fact.

Saw them at Hilton Coliseum at Iowa State U in Ames in 1999 with Three Doors Down opening up for Sevendust who opened up for Scotty Stapp and Mark T and the boys from Creed. Best concert ever! I’m 58 and it feels like it was yesterday! 3 awesome bands with the last 2 who can blow the cobwebs outa your brain from a mile away! Wow! Wish I could go back to that night. ❤️❤️💪🏻💪🏻🙏🙏💕💕

Sheneiqwa Lapoots he just has such a wide range too. His voice compliments the guitar so well. The band is honestly just a great combination of vocals, guitar and everything

Yeah they tried that once and stapp well ....stapped. Alter Bridge is more evolved in every way for me. Love Creed, but AB was by far a massive step forward in every way.
