Welcome back Lawrence !!! I tried to let you know about the skates on insta but maybe you didn't get it. I absolutely love the skates, I went boot only and put my mega frame so I could continue using my 64 mm wheels as I have a lot of them. I went from a size 10 US Seba CJ's to the 9 Omni and I am in heaven!!! I still can wiggle my toes but no heel movement what so ever, I am using the stock liner and I did have a little little ankle bone pain on left foot, but I could skate for three hours before I noticed it ( They are so so comfortable ) but I put my sole of the liner underneath the liner and now I have had a couple of 4 to 4 and a half hour skates!!! (not bad for a 54 year old) and no ankle pain, sorry I also put one of them wet suit heel protecters on just to make sure and I also have both shock absorbers in the boot. I'm not that strong in the knees and I am still breaking in the plastic boot as its a bit stiff and not as much flex as the CJ'S, but I tighten up my liner and leave the buckle a few clicks looser and they are made for my feet!!! I did change the laces just because I like the liner and boot to be laced with one lace but I am loving these so much!!! Lighter , much more responsive when I jump, so so comfortable and I haven't even put one of my comfy foot beds in. Just incase I haven't said it, I LOVE THESE SKATES!!! I'll shut up now.
I've been gone for 23 years. Just got a pair of ur skates. I haven't had the chance to really try them out yet and get reacquainted with wheels on my feet. But they fit great and feel good.👍 wish me luck , I know I've got some falling to do. Lol.
Great to see you back! After some initial pain points I'm absolutely loving my omnis. I customized the stripe with some paint pens and modge podge and they look so dope 🤓 Great job with the skates and the team!

Lol I feel the pain, about same age as you. Good to see you out and about again. Really like my standards, great skate, very comfy, slide awesome, and royals best ever. Just a thought I warm up with front sides before moving to royals. Because your right our age lol but hey man lets keep going.

Im 45 and not in The best shape, a far cry from the last time i had a pair of blades strapped to my body, about 27 years ago, i was young, nimble and physically fit. Weekend with the crew, blades, boards and more trouble than i care to reminisce about. Fast forward to today, im scrolling RUclips and pop goes this gym of a video, immediately i begin to turn back the clock, the idea of a new set of blades is hot and heavy on my mind. Long story short...help. where to start, whats a good pair of budget friendly blades(just in case i dont get back to it) what is the blading community like these days. Is there any room for a moddle aged for.er blader to get back to it???
