i think im definitely in the minority of people that absolutely love the green/purple colourway, but i dont think i'd like them if it was just the green boot, the purple is for sure necessary for it to work
@wheelsceneblading I did think about mentioning a double unity oddly enough! Great minds think alike, also i hear dougal has a new pro skate with roces, it's called the "growl" 😅
Personally love the Green ones and it makes a change from the usual boring colourways, I am a THEM fan 908 and 909 and do see what everyone is saying about the design but there's also so many aspects that don't look like THEMs, looking forward to getting my feet in a pair

hell ya dAve!!!! puttin on a clinic. that black ledge looks soo fun! i dont know how i feel about the echo skates. not one original aspect like....thee ENTIRE skates. if they perform well tho thats a whole other story
I can't decide if I like them or not. The look down isn't great. Reminds me of my first ever pair of aggressive skates from Argos. I'm not a THEM loyalist by any means. But I can't help but feel they've looked at THEM , Myfit and gone slap bang that will do .
Dougal is the ultimate session dog, although he does sometimes like to snake people...and eat the wax if someone leaves it lying around. He has also been known to steal a water bottle now and again. Actually, he's a bit of a nuisance!

Dave, how much forward flex got these compared to the Sways (which have notoriously loads of forward flex imo)? And would the fact that these are a bit big for you be of influence on that?
That's a tough one to call. The plastic on the Echo Sway is definitely softer than the USD Sway plastic. However, I wasn't aware of any notable forward flex when I skated them. You've got me wondering now! I may need to report back on that one!
@@dz4sp3r you would definitely need to Dremel the inside of the Sway soul plate to make it fit onto the Echo. To be honest, I wouldn't bother. The soul plate on the Echo is pretty good.

Downsize for those with narrower feet, true to size for those with fat/high volume feet. Not a bad thing, very SL like.
Mate, what is the problem with skates being green? They are really cool in Green, it just sucks big time, white or black skates the whole time!

The liner is kinda unreal. It never gets wet and I don't know how! I skated in it all day and every time I put them on at the next spot they were dry.

Have You tried USD Sway v2 43-44 size on Echo 43-44 shell? Does it fit?

It’s got a slight raise, similar to the USD Sway. They felt fine on landings.
It comes with a thin shock absorber.
