Switched from Xfinity to AT&T FIBER . I love it, price is better unlike comcast their price is a roller cluster , never had any issues from the fiber

AT&T residential and business have been slow with regular outages for over a decade in the Memphis, TN area. AT&T screwed up our VOIP transmission all the time.
I've paid for Xfinity internet for the past five years, I pay for 100mbps and it's never above 30mbps unless I call and complain, then it's around 100mbps for a day or 2, and back to 30. I've called about this no less than a dozen times over the past 2 years... and the last two times they scheduled a technician to come out where I had to be home for a 2-3 hour window, and both times the technician didn't show up, didn't call, didn't care. Comcast is the most awful atrocity of customer service on the planet. Last time I spoke with them, their suggestion was that I pay more for faster speeds and lock into a 3 year contract with them. Why would I pay for faster speeds when you only give me 33% of the speed I'm currently paying for?

Hate AT&T and Xfinity but keep going back and forth between the 2 like back to two toxic exes and nothings change. Soooo What's next?

AT&T is much better than Xfinity. You simply need the right package and contact them if any issues arises. I’ve been with Comcast, Spectrum and AT&T and will choose AT&T anyday. Especially their loyalty program.
Xfinity is great and affordable its no problem for my cousin in Houston to pay for his internet.

@@CAPNsaveya it was great for a year for me until about a month ago it cuts out every hour cant watch a movie on netflix without disconnecting. Called 5 times and 4 diff technician visits later, still nothing. Switching to att 50 for now until fiber is available
I live in Houston and XFinity is absolute TRASH. I can’t play video games without lagging or disconnecting. (Apparently we have the best package though and even invested in the wifi pods.. still trash) OVERPAYING FOR GARBAGE in my 6+ years of personal experience.

AT&T's internet is good if all you need to do is use it to send emails. Anything else you'll be lagging and waiting for weeks to load webpages/videos.... I'm really not sure which is worse....dial up internet or AT&T
If you have at&t DSL is slower but if you have at&t fiber it will be faster if you have wifi problems you need to buy your own router instead of using AT&T’s router because using your own router will be faster

Once you are used to using fiber.. you wouldn't want to go back to DSL.. if at&t offers fiber.. handsdown go for at&t..

Now I moved to chicago where only comcast is the only option at my place which is cable internet.. disappointed.

I love ATT fiber and i dont have to share the fiber with others like cable everyone is one the same cable..
I have Spectrum and am fine but i guess it's just where i live but if att fiber was here i'd take it.

At&t took off NFL Network and NFL Red zone they been losing customers for 2 years now since 2019 Because of contract issues with the NFL over the Channel

Had atnt twice, both times severely disappointed. If I wanted to watch this video with atnt (my WiFi rn) at best with no buffering quality would be 360p.

Well it depends on your area. In my home in late 2018, AT&T could deliver up to 18 Mbps down and 1.5 Mbps up for internet. That's the best they could do at the time. I moved to Xfinity and got 450 Mbps down and 10 up. AT&T upgraded to up to 50 Mbps in the past few years, but still quite slow compared to Comcast.
I would go back to AT&T if they offered fiber internet in my neighborhood, but neither provider seems to be interested in that service at the moment.

at&t always better.. now offers 5000 mbps in some area for a fixed rate of #$185/mo
I just wish they would offer fiber in my area. When I switched from U-Verse to Xfinity in late 2018, AT&T could only do up to 18Mbps at my house. They've upgraded to 50 Mbps over the past few years, but that still pales in comparison to 400 Mbps I get with Xfinity.

At&t is way better. Comcast numbers are mainly scam. I paid for 1.2gb but hardly get 300mbps. Fraud!
