Wired up as advertised! Thanks.
I installed it on my bike, wired it up to my low beam so it's only on when the bike is running, works sweet, keeps my iPod/track timer charged up while I'm on the track :)
Thanks awesome video. Keep more how to videos coming and I'll keep buying accessories.
Do you know what connector that is for? What its called or at on the wiring diagram?

The device applies to the Goldwing GL1500 ??
or. . . Do you know which one is suitable for Goldwing GL1500 and how to install it?
Thank you very much

Is this powered on 24/7 or with the bike turned on?
What diameter hole do you need to drill to fit this thing into?
Hi there, it requires a 1-1/8" hole. You can check out the installation instructions on our website at www.bigbikeparts.com/catalog/documents/52-/52-820.pdf
Let us know if you have any further questions!
is there a fuse that supply power mine stopped working.
Hi Ricky, unfortunately there is no replaceable fuse in the unit.
BigBikeParts ok thanks have to find out why I'm not getting power from the connection.
Have you double checked the fuse on the bike? I know the instructions state that you may need to increase the accessory fuse from a 5amp to a 10amp on the GL1800.
I'm interested in purchasing the 2-port auxillary socket for my 2012 honda goldwing. Would I need to change any fuses?
Manual says you may need to plug in a 10A fused into the accessory fuse spot, which is normally a 5A fuse. I suspect this is for if you plan to use both USB ports at once.
Will this keep a phone charged while using Google Maps as that's a huge battery drainer.
Hi Benjamin, that's a tricky question. Charge rates vary phone to phone and are also dependant on the charging cable's rating/ability to move the power to the phone. Then there's always your phone's settings, brightness, wifi, Bluetooth, how many apps are running, etc, that can impact your battery drain. What I can say for sure is that this does have two 2.1 Amp USB plugs. As for how fast google maps drains your phone in particular vs the charge rate, it would be impossible for us to say. If you have any other questions we'll do our best to answer them for you.
where is you aux cable?
Where is the fuse for usb you installed using those wires
Hello Rick! Apologies for the late reply but this unit does not use a built in fuse. This simply just hooks up using positive and negative wires with nothing in the middle.
Is the wiring location the same for a 2014 valkyrie?
Good morning Fred!
I'm not totally certain if it will have the same connectors or not. If not, you would be able to just cut the connector off and either t-tap into a keyed power wire or run it down to the battery if you wanted to use it without the bike being on. Hope this helps!

Any usb socket for Honda ST1300?
Hi Alexandr, we don't make anything "plug-n-play" for the ST1300, but you could splice in the product in this video, 52-820, or a handlebar mount version part number 13-208. The link for the one featured in the video is in the description, the 13-208 can be found on our website here: www.bigbikeparts.com/templates/product.aspx?ProductGuid=13-208&GroupGuid=16
