Will Putting Thermite in a Running Engine Melt It?

Will thermite ignite if ran through an engine? If it does, will it melt the engine from the inside? Or perhaps cause the engine to seize? That is what I am going to find out.

I was thinking, maybe he could put some magnesium in there to get it to light and then you did it! You might need develop a new delivery system though. I was watching this half you were going to blow your mug off
