Site didn't have a Professional! mode longplay, so I delivered. I would've gave a max population longplay, but it is not needed (and I REALLY doubt someone would watch it).
Supposedly based on the Japanese version...Iunno. I think it is some enemies and trap placements. I haven't played the Japanese version yet.
Professional! mode is unlocked by clearing the game. It is just all action segments back-to-back. Enemies that take one hit to defeat needs two. Damage is doubled (except for spike traps. They do one). Health is at max level.
Japanese version is harder...supposedly (spike traps = instant kill. Start with 2 lives instead of 5).

Man, every Act 2 level is my favorite, and Boss fight is awesome. All boss is 👌🏻 and soundtrack 👌🏻
It's amazing to think there's a whole world building game to go along with all these action platforming levels too.
This is one of those games that was lots of fun to play.
The used to love this game. The music is awesome.
not sure if anyone cares but if you're stoned like me atm you can watch pretty much all of the new movies on InstaFlixxer. Have been watching with my brother during the lockdown :)
@Zahir Edward Definitely, I have been watching on InstaFlixxer for years myself :D
This look tough like demon's crest
this game is awesome, love the tunes, great longplay!
@ValisHD Yesh. Soul Blazer is one of my favourite games.
Now i gotta replay this again :)
@Mrster yeah, I think they just are showing the short version, between each stage you build and make villages :P and progress like that, and then you can save.
I loved the world building aspect of this game. I'm really surprised this didn't spawn like...five sequels like that, instead of that ONE sequel that sucked with zero world building. :/
there was no point to it, just a time sink.
gasparyangahijo And most of all, shitty music. The only good thing about Actraiser 2 was it's graphics.
I personally like the second one, didn't care for the whole town build mode, felt it dragged a great first game down too much. Second game was far more challenging, and to the point, glad to have it, and a boxed copy of the first game in my collection.
Great game! And nice playthrough too!
how you get so many life ??
music=awesome!
Esse jogo é muito legal !
I agree, its unforgettable
What, can you play this game with only the action platform levels?
The Difficulty from the US Version is a Joke compared to the European Pal Version.
On the Pal Version you got 3 Difficultys. Easy, Normal, Professional.
But even on Easy Mode (just slightly easier as Normal) you start with half the Energy as in the US Version.
Bosses make more Damage as in the US Version.
For example.
The Big fucking Ice Eagle take 4 Energypoints, here just 2.
Right, so the game was unnecessarily hard, and they fixed it for the US release. Happens all the time.
Contrary to popular opinion, "ripping your hair out" is not a good difficulty setting.
@@smackerlacker8708 The Europe version was released a year after the US version. They made the game harder for Europe. They wanted Europeans to suffer for some reason.
This game has the same sound effects, healthbar style as Soul Blazer
Except this game came before Soul Blazer, so the reverse is true.
Same publisher and developer.
the music sounds like something from orge tactics
@Deathmetalfan90
Yeah that's how I remembered it.
Great game !
gawd this game was effing AWESOME!
Masterpiece
Clássico esse jogo.
@Telekenesis123 I would, too.
Was there a save feature for this game or so?
Yep, there was a save feature. Not in Professional mode tho, only in regular mode.
