- Today we focus on our daily driver! We all have them, and we all need them to continue to look nice and operate appropriately. We are installing some really good looking aftermarket headlights on Amanda's 2007 Honda Civic. Looking at the old ones, they are way foggy and just boring, lets spice things up!

You know what I love most about Honda Civic head light videos that almost none of them show how bright the lights are like that’s why I want the lights in the first place

@@SIQ_11 yes it wasn't hard. I just exposed some of the wire and attached the white wire to the blue and the black to black and it worked.

just did a headlight assembly swap on a 2011, same generation coup. its easier to remove the fender bolts, one on each side for a bit of flex to remove the bracket and assembly all in one

They did pretty well for the couple years we had it after installing. Ended up selling the car before seeing any issues though. And the person we sold it to totaled it 3 weeks later lol

I have a problem where I have two different bulbs on on either side. I wired all the white wires to my red power cables and I grounded all of my black wires

Hey i got the same headlights as you and i wanted to know if you know why one of my halos doesn’t work and the other one does but it blinks, you think it’s a wiring problem or the headlight?
As long as you have a good connection to the power source, I feel like it has to be bad wiring in the halo or the halo itself. Did you get it from Amazon? Return it and get a new set
How did you wire the leds
Just tapped into the wires that I wanted so they would turn on when I wanted them to. Halos and leds I tapped into running lights, that way I could have them on without the headlights on
Got a question? I got the exact same headlights for my 08 but my ballast box is bad for my driver side DRL and high beam & halos not working. Don't know where to replace the bad ballast

Quick question, what wires specifically did you connect the white and black wires to? I can’t seem to get my halos and 3 little LEDs to work
We don't remember what wires specifically, but the best way to find out is to use an automotive test light and poke the wires when you have the running lights turned on. When the tester lights up, those are the wires you want to tap into.

How have these lights held up? Any issues? Water leaking in etc? Pondering buying them myself
Aaron Baggest held up pretty well for the price actually! They still look fantastic. Just sold the car though so we won’t know from here on out 😳

Yes, the headlights came with amber blinkers, we wanted white

Yes, the drivers side headlight was a little high
@@WeRiide Hi, probably this is simple, but can you elaborate the process to adjust the lights, thanks in advance.
@@neomacos There is a bolt on the back side of the headlight that you can turn clockwise or counter clockwise and that will raise and lower the beam :)
@@WeRiide How do you know what the right brightness level is for the headlights when you adjust them?
@@igiveyouthefacts it isn’t brightness we adjust, it is height. The drivers side was high, so it was blinding oncoming traffic, we had to adjust it lower :)
