Hey Andrew good morning. Could we see a repeat where they up it from a level 3 to level 4 again for Tuesday . I know right now it's still a couple days away to come into the Quad cities so I know like last one it was like a day or so where the weather service up it to level 4 for the Quad cities and if so isn't this rear for this to happen afews apart here in the mid west ?
