@@LolifiedGirl yes, actually used to be a personal trainer The main characteristic is consistency -eat more calories -lift more weights Start with 2 full body workouts a week Start simple (body weight movements) and add more reps each workout until the workouts aren’t fatiguing you then either add more sets/workouts per week or add in weights so like a gym and keep doing that over time you will grow For food track intake on myfitnesspal and get an idea of the calorie and protein total over a week Then add 500 calories and get protein to 1g per pound of body weight ish. Once your weight stays the same for a week add 500 more calories so on so forth in combination with the training Most important find a group/community/buddy that will happily keep you to your word and goals
