7:59, rammatra doesnt get it because of the armor change, where any stacked damage reduction with armor stops at 50%
Its also worth noting that the devs stated that being cc interrupted while translocator is thrown (and not teleporting to it) was a bug (in Fitzy's QnA) and i am pretty sure that bug had been fixed. If you get stunned hooked slept etc now while the translocator is out but has not teleported you yet, you will move and then be cleansed of the CC effect you got hit by (because Sombra's translocator is a cleanse ability). Ive had the same interaction shown in the video with Brig and it now teleports you
Yeah, but I've been seeing a lot of odd interactions with Rein charge still though as she will teleport, but still be charged BUT survive the pin
Full disclosure: yes the Ram blocking virus interaction is just the armor reduction taking place as intended.

This should have had at least one time stamp that goes to the point where its said, that there will be no time stamps.
I can confirm, petal platform has not been falling for me either anytime I hack it. It’s led to very annoying situations.
Petal platform also takes like 2 seconds to fall when in the original Lifeweaver patch it dropped instantly. No idea if this is a bug or a shadow nerf
They should allow sombra to hold crouch on the objective to resume her stealth timer. This allows more agency as there is a small delay between un-stealthing and attacking.
I once slept a Sombra mid translocate... Sombra got teleported sleeping but got away anyway, lol...

ana have no fall off can 3shot ppl from the other side of the map, she got a super small rat hitbox and due do sniper fall off range ana is not longuer punished by sniper even if sh'e a sniper,

That translocate CC last I heard was a bug, that blizzard was working on it. Not sure if anything changed about that, but Fitzy is the one who stated Bliz is working on it.
Sombra will also cleanse sleep if she is slept after throwing out her tp. This has happened to me a lot
It wasn't like that at the start. The last patch fixed that. Now you'll teleport after throwing translocator even if you are CCd while it is moving.
I teleported out of a Junkrat trap once like that. Threw it, walked on the trap on accident, telported out.
I actually had a really weird interaction where I was slept and then still teleported with translocator. It was very strange.
It's a little bit inconsistent, I hooked a sombra on hog the other night, she teleported away then got pulled back down in front of me. Odd interaction

@@c0ntraiL_yt it's not inconsistent anymore (well maybe not with roadhog hook that ability never works right I swear) it's been patched. The devs said in Fitzy's stream that the behavior the OP mentioned is intentional. If translocator is already out and she gets cc'd, she will then teleport to the translocator and cleanse the CC effect. It was bugged when the mythbusting video was done

when it was first released it didn't pause that was the hot fix, at first you had to attack over and over to not stop pushing or contesting
virus dot is only amped while being affected!! thats why it doesnt get amped after bap matrix. Mercy and zen also have to be amping them or the enemy the whole time theyre being damaged for it to get increased

Ashe is an older character so her dot is different than new characters.
So functionally, virus is actually more like a lock on for a damage beam than an actual damage over time. The damage that comes overtime seems to actually come from sombra herself rather than the projectile itself, with damage boosts applied afterwards still boosting the damage and with amp matrix only boosting the impact and not the dot.

The thing about CC cancelling translocator can be iffy. I've had a game where I (Hog) hooked a Sombra right as she threw it, she got stunned and started facing me, then teleported out of the hook.
10:13 they, supposedly, fixed it in one of the recent patches from a week or two ago.
What I learned from this is ashes bomb thru a bap barrier is insane~ 300 damage would melt a team😵💫
I remember in OW1 you could originally Mercy damage boost a Hanzo after he'd shot out his dragon ult, and the damage done by the dragons would be boosted....then they patched it.
I was using Cassidy one match and 3 times I hit Sombra with my sticky and all 3 times she used her translocator to escape it. The sticky fell of once she TPed. I eventually I just swapped to Soldier. So I dont know if its bugged or what but my experience has been different than what shown here.
It's as intended. Her not teleporting under CC was a bug acknowledged by devs.
Around 10:00 the the myth is busted about teleporting when stunned but I’ve got a clip where I was stuck in pin them teleported then died from pin
Fun fact: happened to me in one of my qp games if sombra is pin by rein charg she can tp if you throw before you hit a wall but it is also bugged if you do it you might die.
I’ve been punched by doom mid tp and didn’t get stunned but still took punch dmg
can you do a video on what alts and abilities sombra's hack can interrupts. i noticed for example it interrupts Moiras alt but not Soldier's. for example it interrupts doom's block but not genjis
I played a game today where I had 2 instances of throwing the translocator right before the rein pin. The first time it just translocated like normal, but he had JUST pinned me. The second time I threw it and it cancelled the translocator, but the game seemingly glitched, teleported me for a split second, and then sent me back to where rein pinned me, unaffected.
It was a glitch that got fixed with the mid season patch
It wasn't mentioned but using a translocator also gets rid of Ana's anti-healing

I've been playing overwatch since release back in 2016 and it was 2 days ago i found out.... or correct me if I'm wrong but Sombra's EMP can cancel Mei's ultimate?! it happened in a game but I'm not entirely sure.

I virus turrets alot. Only time I hack virus them js when the torb is near it and I need that turret gone before my team walks into it and dies.

Flats needs to sit quietly and stay still and finally reduce his camera to make it really tiny or invisible.
Emp needs a huge buff, it’s basically hack and the hp drop off is horrible, they should’ve left it 40%, other than that she’s an s tier hero
What if they leave the damage on 30% but increase the time abilities are silenced by 0.5s?

You should always, ALWAYS throw virus then hack. A lot of the time don’t even hack. You don’t get a damage boost from hacking and your wasting time hacking them instead of shooting. Some hero’s hacking them to cancel ability’s is nice but a lot of hero’s it’s not worth it.
It's been shown that you simply kill targets faster if you don't bother to hack, so you should only hack enemies that have abilities that can save them, like a support, and then do so after the virus yeah. The interaction isn't strong enough with Hack to promote a "do I need this damage faster" mentality as it's actually a detriment to your kill speed to do it

I like these kinds of videos, but i detest hamfisting the mythbusting aspect on to these.
None of these are myths and most of the time, the conclusion of busted, confirmed or plausible doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
