Yeah, I couldn't find a video of someone actually charging a MacBook Pro with the Anker Powerbank so I decided to make a video about it so people know how it works

Looks like the battery worked just fine, not sure what the issue was. I always watch these reviews carefully, sometimes the reviewer have no idea what they are talking about.

I'd say this is pretty good. The M1 Max 16' is huge in terms of power requirements and getting a 1 full charge out of this small battery is great (imo). Especially if you're using it to top up your M1, not bring it up from the dead. Did you test charging via the usb-C able and usb-C port on the M1? Does that work the same way as via the Mag port? Cheers!

Yeah, I didn't know what to expect- I assumed it would charge 5 times like my Anker for my iPhone. In the video, I just charged it normally using the cord from the MacBook charger to Anker. I heard if you charge through the USB-C port some people's Macbooks crashed?

My macbook pro charging dosent even reach more than 40W when charing from the power bank. I am using Anker suppllied 140W cable.

Maybe you have a defective powerbank and you could exchange it, that's what I did. Or you can try using MacBook cable...

Well, it's clear you don't have much knowledge on how the power bank is supposed to work. For one, it's on all the time, monitoring the battery health so, yeah, it's not going to hold 100% charge over the weekend.
