    Just found your channel and can’t get enough! Love listening to your discussions. I’m wondering if my scoliosis has been caused by the imbalance in my body. I now have osteoporosis which my doctor said has been impacted by the scoliosis. I’ve been trying to figure out how I came down with it since I’ve always been health conscious and a very active person. Who is the author of the science of breath? There are many books when I looked it up and I’d like to get it as you suggested. Do you think your method would help me? Thanks for everything! Happy holidays too!

      Hi there! Block Therapy helps by bringing you into a parasympathetic state. Many of our classes will help, but we have one designed specifically to target the vagus nerve.

    Thank you. I learn so much listening. Is there a block protocol for tennis elbow?

    • @Fluidisometrics
      @Fluidisometrics  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hi there! There is. Because we address cause sites as well as pain sites, the best approach would be to start our 30 day posture reset. That is if you are already blocking and in our membership. It's a whole body approach that will address cause sites as well as the pain site. Adding in All Things Elbows when you feel the need would be good too. A great place for questions like this is in our Block Therapy Community facebook group. Here is a link if you are interested:

    Omg, I just found your channel and I recently purchased Ashley Black’s fascia blasters but they leave me so bruised! I believe the whole fascia concept but the bruising leaves me with little desire to continue. She also suggests warming up the body through exercise or using a sauna before blasting. Sometimes that’s hard for me to incorporate beforehand during my day. The very first video I watched from you was about cellulite. You didn’t mention anything about exercising first. Is this something that needs to be done on your program? I admit I was bummed when I tried to go on the link, in that older video about cellulite, for the 21-day block blitz and the site no longer exists! (I didn’t realize it was 7 years ago.)☹️ I love trying out stuff like that! Do you still provide something like that? I truly believe what you say regarding fascia and posture, though.👍🏼

      Hi, yes, we do have our own approach to exercise, and include the principles of Block Therapy and fascia alignment in with whatever strength training is implemented on the side. Block Therapy is a wonderful supplement to any exercise practice!
      Yes, we still definitely do provide programs for cellulite. One of these is in our Membership, and it is called the 21 Day Pelvis, Legs, and Feet series. You will need the Starter Package and Block(s) as a prerequisite, but once you have gotten started with those, this is what we most highly recommend. I hope this helps!

    Interesting but you didn’t really explain what is meant by “cellular alignment” - unless I missed it. Any resources or studies on this you can point me to? TIA!

    Lifting weights is the bomb! Great for post menopausal women and makes you look younger! It's not ALL about fascia

      Additional exercise such as weight lifting, yoga, pilates, etc is all amazing to do additionally. Block Therapy is not meant so substitute but add to your normal routines!
