Hi Kush, Your advice is solid. I'm much older than you and play local competitions and tournaments but your advice hit the mark for me. I have exactly that mindset you described when I start playing higher ranked players and will work on playing my aggressive game rather than go timid.
Important topic and interesting take. I think ur right for a lot of people even thou personally im rather playing too passive/lazy against "easier" opponents and tend to get too risky trying to kill the ball too early with too high risk against better opponents (take whatever chance i can get mentality, but it can get too risky and my % eventually gets too low). Its hard to find the right amount of risk to take vs harder opponents, but also on close points like 9-9 for me at least. But having that positive mindset beliving in the win is cruicial, however thats achived thou, mostly thats easier said than done right ;)
brother can you recommend me a backhand rubber that's good for blocking with not too low or nor too high arc and able to hit a winner with decent spin. Maybe you can make a predecessor to your previous video 'Choosing a forehand rubber' and make 'Choosing a backhand rubber'
@@carokann6761 well with cheaper ones there are less "great for all" options, how advanced are u, u prefer more dangerous or less spinsensitive rubbers, u like it soft, medium, hard? for example the Hexer PowerGrip SFX is a soft and very very spin-insensitive rubber, that is great for recieving, blocking and also attacking, its decently fast thou and has less spin than high-end rubbers for sure, its basically a Tenergy 05 FX easier to play, less dangerous and cheaper
