This video is so true! I lost 50 pounds by basically doing exactly this. I was sick at the time so no strenuous working out. Yes that's 50 pounds gone by eating clean only! No starving either. What she says is absolutely true "can't outrun a bad diet".
Lost 12 lbs and some inches just from eating right and exercing. Now i'm trying to gain muscle weight. I lift weights heavier now, bit I still struggle with ab area. I don't know how to tackle. I eat right about 90% off the time.

I am in stitches, I"ve been watching your video's since 9am and other healthy lifestyle changing information! Since I broke my ankle in 3 places and I have 13 pieces of metal, I can't work or go anywhere yet but GOD always has a way to sit us down and make us listen and make us listen to what we had the nerve to ask for! No lie, I was inspired after the first few minutes of listening and what stood out was - Calorie counting to lose that weight. I went straight to that app, put in my deets and was like yup... Me too! Currently preggo with #5. I stay home with them and homeschool, so I def feel like I don't take enough time for myself and when I do, it's still mega hard to lose weight. On top of that, I have severe diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation). I don't know what to do about my belly area! All the exercise in the world doesn't help me. I'm gonna have to try harder after this baby is born this month...

I cut out meat and dairy from my diet and I've lost quite a bit since the end of July. In July I weighed 286, now I weigh 272!!!!! I'm so excited to be losing this weight girl lemme tell ya! I recently lost 80+ pounds with Herbalife and I have recently stopped using the product to save some money but also put myself to the test without leaning on a supplement. I'm trying my best to stay motivated, I eat very clean however I'm still starting to see "booty do" lol! I have a small child so Ive only been doing home exercise lately with little to no cardio. It's gets chilly here in the Windy City as well lol but your video definitely motivated me to get my butt back in the gym as I used to, no excuses! Appreciate it!!
Packing your food really helps me allot and also eating before I go somewhere helps me stay on track. I'm not losing as fast as I'd like but I'm not giving up. Slow and steady. Its hard sometimes when I see other women my age shedding the pounds left and right.
I made a play list of some songs that make me mad & listened to them while I worked out. It motivated me to work a little harder because for one being mad & 2 to remind myself I'm going to rise above this.
can you talk about hair care while exercising a lot? My hair is very dry and disgusting but I do a full wash and deep condition at least once a week. I don't know what to do with my hair after a sweaty workout that is not wash day.
Yes I agree! That is an issue for me as well. I have super curly hair and only wash one or two times a week and would like to know how you deal with sweaty hair :)
amyy164 I have a suggestion that has been really helpful to me. I just put my hair in flat twists, and I pin the ends up. It keeps the hair off of my face and neck and also prevents the sweat from accumulating in my hair until I'm ready to wash again. Plus it's a great protective style. I hope that helps. 😊

I just keyed in roughly what I ate today and realise that I've been overeating without even realising it by about 1000cal! So i'm going to be more meticulous about what I eat now and aim to lose 40kg by next Oct!

I agree wholeheartedly with calorie tracking/food journaling. I use an app called FatSecret(I can't stand the name....lol). If I don't want to put it into the app and see the calories, I typically don't eat it. I do have "those days" when things happen, but writing down EVERYTHING that I consume keeps me really accountable. Great tips. TFS!

amyy164 u can just wash with water. U can never have to much water for ur hair. Water is good for the hair and helps it grow
