    If you want to turn the heat back on the DWP and make life uncomfortable for the department here is some advice for anyone who happens to be on universal credit with an online claim. Keep using your journal with lots of messages to your work coaches it helps put relentless pressure on their workload. Also if you have job interviews lined up that will incur travel costs or you need financial help towards Child Care Costs or work related clothing or training requirements ask your assigned Work Coach that you want to claim the costs or funding for it through the flexible support fund. Most work coaches will actively avoid mentioning it because it's a mountain of paperwork they don't want or have the time to do. Also if you are in financial dire straights say that you need a recoverable hardship payment. These processes are a nightmare for any Work Coach to complete. You can literally make work coaches stress out and quit their jobs with insurmountable workloads 😉

      I already have a bike , but i like that they buy people bikes if they need them because it saves them reimbursing tavel all the time.

    Do you think labour are going to do any better. ALL MPs are the same,look after themselves. How much are they on,when you add their wages plus platinum expenses. Remember, the house or flats they buy are on expenses and KEEP the house,flat the taxpayers pay. So, who is taking more from the pot.

      It's ridiculous...I've been battling the council for years for various reasons and local MPs and counselors either ignore my emails or just "request an update" which achieves nothing. They have zero power so I have no idea why they're employed to begin with.

    I won't say my conditions in here but my benefits were stopped once but I won in a tribunal. Yes it was good when I won and was back paid but the debt I incurred during that time was horrible which added stress and sleepless nights. Most my back pay was eaten away by my dept but the experience of losing my benefits still haunts me and I'm stressed with every future form and assessment.

Nothing but crooks, bullying culture, team leaders who have committed a crime internally and get moved to another office when they should be sacked and the police called. Its also the worse paid in any other government job. Want always this bad. Since 2018 it went tits up for me.

      No the same as ever, Tory Cuts, they are the Nasty Party. What is actually needed but no one takes much notice is Political Reform, they do not act like a total and wholly Democracy, only a couple or so areas of Democracy they use, it's not democratic to do this to the most vulnerable in society the only safety net that the majority of the UK can turn to if things go wrong in life. They treat people like criminal peasantry because they are just 'vulnerable' and this is without saying the mental illnesses caused directly from Tory policies as well on top! • @DynamicDuoUK
      @DynamicDuoUK  Месяц назад +1

      Talk to your doctor about however you feel, pip pay out won't effect UC benefits , if it's over £6000 the payout and you keep it in savings for example then they will take it off you in increments monthly. My advice if you get a payout over £6000, spend it till its less than £6000, you deserve it !

    • @shellzyotube9549
      @shellzyotube9549 Месяц назад

      It shouldn't interfere with dwp threshold, they owed you this money in the first place. If this happened to anyone else they would have to pay you compensation on top for keeping this money back from you, that in law says no one can touch it, dwp can't touch it either. Hope this helps with your question.

    • @XxAnyaxX333
      @XxAnyaxX333 Месяц назад

      The way it works for universal credit, if you have between £6000 and £16000 in savings you will get a deduction of roughly £4.32 for every £250 over the £6000 threshold, this will be deducted every month from your UC. Anything above £16000 will null and void your UC claim, hope this helps.

    If you are looking to claim universal credit it is better to set up a phone claim. when creating the claim over the phone say you are not computer proficient and don't have access to the internet. Phone claims are much harder for work coaches to deal with and almost always get stuck and caught out on and it's harder for them to be able to Sanction you when they have to follow a different process which is more complicated than if you have an online claim 😉

The best advice I can give is just try and provide the information they are asking for (bank statements and ID) as soon as you can to avoid any delay with your payments, if you miss a payment due to the claim review, once the information has been provided you will get any payments you missed sent back after everything has been verified, hope this helps

      Unfortunately Dave Yes they can, I know that the DWP are going through people’s bank accounts If they are claiming UC, it’s been announced on TV & in the press, like you I have nothing to hide, I’ve haven’t worked for years through no fault of my own, I haven’t started a sideline business or any other type of work, so I wouldn’t want you to lose sleep over it, as you rightfully you’ve nothing to hide 🤗

    You say about the Tories but Labour will be just as bad.
    You got to be daft to vote for your own downfall.
    Not a Tory voter by the way.
    The system needs a shake up more than anything.

    If you get PIP it will go against U C. There are 2 versions of PIP the higher your score the more money you recieve. You get sent to assessment centre ask lots of questions. But can claim back your travels fares.

    My Friend is in a wheelchair, she has a gaping hole in her side, it won't heal from much needed surgery she had to have to save her life, she was diagnosed with progressive illness so she gets worse in her health as time passes, there had been 3 times PIP turned her down and she finally got tribunal to make sure PIP paid her. They did this to her because she has no hope of ever getting well again, she is now in pensioner age. For years PIP did this to her, now i'd like to know what you think DD UK, anyone else outside a court would make a person that owes money pay compensation, the DWP does not pay Compensation in these cases at tribunal, or admitting finally they must pay up without the court tribunal. Why is it, that DWP gets away with this, for people such as my friend Who is very ill long-term?

    15:42 If you were to be awarded the £17,000 for back benefits then you would loose all other benefits you are currently getting even if you should have been getting this over the past few years.

    I disagree with your statement about asking people's GP to do the assessment. If your "brother" is your GP he will ensure that you get it. Two GP's might work, but certainly not your own GP. The current system doesn't work, your solution would not work. Sadly I cannot travel abroad because of my heart issues, I cannot got travel insurance, without it costing as much as the holiday! UK holidays are fine though.

      Dwp can easily pay the gps instead of paying unqualified assesors.
      I agree that your dr shouldn't be the only person. But they know your test results, your history ect the weight of thier evidence should trump an assesor

    Listen I think what your saying about people trying to defraud their way into claims might not be as prevalent as you think it is .. the success of that happening is very low.. how do i know? because look how hard it is for genuinely disabled people to pass the process to get a claim for themselves those trying to fake it have even less chance. so its not even worth mentioning them imo.

      The fraud rate for PIP is tiny. Less then 0.5%. Millions more is spent on the Appeal Process (70% are successful btw) than are lost to fraud.
      The private companies conducting the assessments (extremely badly!) are the real Benefits Fraudsters and Scammers!!

      What gets me is when someone is convicted of fraud, why don't those involved in the process get convicted for Aiding and abetting benefit fraud?
