I cannot comprehend the stupidity of some who downvote videos like these. I guess they just don't know how difficult and time consuming it is just to make a video, lest the skill and craftsmanship of the person onscreen. He explains everything like he's your best friend.
Actually since posting this, we've had customers follow this video to make front buckets also, and actually they've come out quite well. So with some effort, you can pull off front buckets also.
Sorry for late reply. Depends on what vehicle you're putting this into (car or truck). Our Off Road Attack Headlights will work and look good even if you'r body is pre-painted.
When we painted the clear body, there was left over plastic. We used that to build the parts. You could use other cut sheet material. Even cardboard covered in tape can work.

Thanks James, we do put a lot of work into these videos. We hope they benefit most people, but obviously not all.
After this video we had customers show us front light buckets using the same method. Actually they came out quite good.

@MyTrick RC Any ebay link to the board you are pluging in the lights too which is in the middle of the underside of the bodyshell ?
You can take the sticker and reverse it on the back side

Are the decals still applied? Do the lights shine through them or is it translucent red paint?
The LEDs will shin through the stickers. Be sure there is minimal, or no, pain behind the stickers.
So the Only glue used is Shoe Goo....??

It's lexan. Left over from painting the clear body.

No problem. This technique (in our video) works pretty good, I've seen quite a few people do it successfully.
