Thank you for this educational video. I just bought my first LED lights set and it only had 2 channels. Now I know what the 3rd channel could offer, for future purchases. My G.T Power kit came in a box and everything had to be connected manually. This kit you bought is already assembled and ready, and has 3 channels, a much better purchase imo and I will surely buy a few of those in the future.
I bought one of these but it was not very good for me, it stopped my steering servos from operating until I removed the light system from my receiver and esc..
Hi Bob Great Video and thanks for all the build video's, love them . I am interested in doing Wireless lights on my trailer , but for some reason I'm having a problem . First i tried to do the bind with the Flysky i6s that came with my Grand Hauler. So i figured that maybe that the Radio is not capable of running 2 receivers, so i figured since the FS radio is not expensive that id buy the Radio that you're demonstrating in this video the FS-i6 . I followed your instructions which is very simple , but somehow i cannot get the 2 of the receivers to bind and work together, it's either one or the other. I have tried even doing them at the same time and I'm having no luck at all
Thanks for this video. So it looks like the "brake lights" are actually reverse lights since they come on when you hit reverse and the "Blue lights" are the actual brake lights cause they are always on unless you are going forward or reversing.
I find the brake lights work fine in actual use because when I just tap reverse a bit the go on and stay on. I do like your idea of using the blue light channel for brakes, might try it out.
I have this one but all the lights only work when the car first turns on. Only 2 white and 2 blue lights work and the yellow blinkers work. I don’t have any brake lights and the other white lights only go on when I give full throttle. Have you ever come across this?

Also some functions are annoying, Eg indicator function, should be on a Ch4 type two way switch IMHO (who indicates when off roading and every time that they turn the steering wheel). I'm going to try and buy some for a larger off roader (1/7th scale) and see if they'll fit better. But I've no clue exactly how they work, buying blind! At £10.00 though it's worth a risk.
