    When they get black under their heads like that it means they're pissed off 🤣🤣🤣 He was mad... And the head banging is usually a mating thing or he wants to fight over territory..🤣🤣🤣 Richards kinda an ornery guy 😁 but he's a cutie 🥰

      The clogged pores can become uncomfortable for them, it builds up and makes pressure on the thighs and cloaca, its for their comfort. In the wild they wouldnt get this type of build up because they would walk on stones and harder ground more often than in enclosures... If you have any further question feel free to ask :)

      @@SrtaIdc I've read that squeezing them can be painful or even cause an infection and that soaking and exfoliating with a toothbrush is enough. But I can't imagine that it would get everything out when the pore is already clogged. Others said that not squeezing the hard plug out can lead to infection and even death. What do you think? Or is the toothbrush thing for prevention?
