I like the workouts that focus on one part of the body at a time, like if I'm doing lunges I don't want to think about doing bicep curls with them, for example. I was surprised by how challenging this was. I grabbed too heavy of a weight the first go round and couldn’t finish. I also hadn’t eaten enough 🤦🏻♀️. The second time I moderated my weight selection and made it through. Thank you for teaching me as well as training me!
Another 💎 that we just completed!! Absolutely loved it! Definitely felt shorter but understated that it was filmed during your healing phase for your wrist. The ab portion at the end was killer! 🔥 Thanks one again for a great session!!❤
I will def check out the extended version. The last ab circuit was amazing. Slowing everything down made me really feel it. In fact, I'd say that was the hardest part of the workout. I didn't know I needed the stretching part afterwards but that was also great. Thank you. :)
Either is fine! Just don’t dorsiflex so hard to where you are flexing your quads and then only feeling it in your quads and hip flexors during the movement.
