Definitely a challenge! I love to incorporate body weight work and all the exercises where we get down to the floor and back up; so good for mobility and balance and range of motion in addition to strength and cardio! Good stuff! 🫶🏼🤩
Thank you! Your workouts are always very intense and especially have a beautiful and intelligent sequence. I mostly follow the TRX workouts, but the bodyweight ones are also really strong. Thanks! A hug from Italy.
I love your continuous cardio workouts! I definitely felt the second half in my soul as well 😆 Thank you for sharing when stuff is hard for you as well, it's helps with perseverance. I will definitely be doing this one over a bunch 💪🏼💦❤
Ahh hope that discomfort goes away for you soon! Instead of Superman’s/swimmers try prone Y raises / prone around the worlds. Keep your head and your feet on the ground the entire time. This is great for mobility and it is quite humbling. (Prone Y raises - make a Y with your hands, pause at the top, similar to a Superman but you’re not adding spinal extension, prone around the worlds - same concept but lift your arms forward and then slowly take your arms in a semi circular motion until your hands are behind your back or close and then take it forward)
Man, I was begging for that break! This was a good one.
Another banger! I loved that my abs were engaged the whole time

I just love this one. No breaks, just honest work 😊
This is now one of my favorite workouts--amazing burn the whole time, dripping sweat. Thank you!!
You pack a lot into a half hour! And I agree about the no breaks. Thanks, Larie!

"Feeling it in my soul". Yes😂 great workout, thanks💪🏽
Excelente me encantó abrazo fuerte de Mendoza Argentina 🤩
Great workout! My "soul" made a puddle of sweat on the mat. Any substitutes for Supermans? My sciatica will not allow it.
