Your video is very clear and easy to follow. 1. Sew the elastic into a loop, same overall diameter as the garment waistband. 2. Mark the 1/4 points on the garment and the new elastic. 3. pin the new elastic to the garment at the 1/4 points to maintain alignment between the two. 4. Sew the top and bottom with a zigzag stretch stitch. I think I can do this even though I am no expert at sewing. Thanks, excellent video!
