Naya Rivera's passing still hurts for so many reasons: her character on Glee, Santana, helped me understand my own sexuality; she still managed to have enough strength to save her son, who now has to live without his mom; and the fact they found her body on the same day her co-star Cory Monteith died seven years prior.
When I young, I generally thought people lived till old age like 80+. Now I realize there are so many factors that could cut life short. So live peacefully today and tomorrow.
Kobe Bryant & Chadwick Boseman still stings so much in my heart. Be at peace. And condolences to the people who’ve lost their lives from this horrible pandemic.
I lost my grandfather during the pandemic. he was staying at my mothers nursing home but she brought him home when the virus hit and I chose to do virtual school so that I could take care of him and I’m 17. every morning I got up and I feed him food, shower him and put him in his chair so we can watch TV He didn’t die of Covid he died of old age. but it’s crazy my mom would tell me stories of how In our home country Haiti he was such a big shot and how he was well respected in the town everybody knew him even politicians my mom told stories about how he would take her to go shooting back then everybody wanted a male son but my grandfather appreciated his daughter and would always boast about her who is my mother. My mother was just 16 when she migrated to the United States she’s 55 now she left because she wanted to make her father proud. He would always boast about how my mother was going to be a big shot and how she’s always going to have her own office in the United States...And she does. She also told me about the time he went to prison for seven years in haiti but he started his own business in the prison He was able to pay for my mom to go to private school was even paying the guards money with the business that he started in prison. He was sent to prison because he was falsely accused of killing somebody people try to sit him up and people are alleging that he killed somebody which wasn’t true. And when he was released apparently the people were plotting revenge to kill them but slowly they all died of diseases or poverty And he left Haiti To go to the United States and he lived a calm and peaceful life.
I'm sorry for your loss. Your grandfather was lucky to be able to stay home because he had you taking care of him. He certainly had an interesting but hard life.
What a precious story. You obviously loved and were loved. So important the stories that pass from generation to generation. Glad you and mom) were able to have that quality time with grandpa.

That’s so crazy.. so many people that we’ve just always known or at least that I’ve known for all my life are gone now, it’s sad to think the people from the good old days are declining year by year.
As a Detroit Tigers fan since their "Season Of Tragedy" 1966 season I have rated Al Kaline gone Spy Wednesday April 8 2020 the GREATEST Detroit Tigers player EVER! And he did it battling crippling osteomyelitis! I was devestated over Kaline's death but to us Tigers fans he is Detroit's greatest citizen EVER too! And he didn't want to start in our 1968 World Series against Daddy's St. Louis Cardinals but he batted .400 with two home runs! First Tigers player EVER to have his uniform number retired! (#6)

The older I get, the more I think 80's and 90's are too young. I am at the age when my dad passed, far too soon. I'm shooting for 104. Think of the past 20yrs flying by. I don't want it in the years to come.
Kobe & Gianna and the 7 others who passed in January was and still is the most heartbreaking, as for the most shocking it would have to be Kelly Preston I didn’t see her death coming she always seemed so happy and like she was enjoying life, she is so brave and strong to have went through a 2 year battle with Breast Cancer . My ♥️, thoughts and prayers go to all the families and friends and fans of these great people! They will be forever missed, hopefully 2021 is a better year all the way around...

Man, this was a punch in gut. Some of them were so young...
RGB didn't have an age. Well done video, it's not like the Oscar's and Grammy's that leaves people out
Rest in peace all of these people! I don’t know most of you or what you did but I’m sure you have done amazing work. The hardest people that have hurt the most are 1st my grandfather

Many of these deaths were known to me, sadly, there were quite a few surprises too. God bless them all.
Who would’ve thought an Olympic gymnast would die from a stoke at around age 64
Guys, this is too emotional for me. The music with the pictures of the deaths of celebrities just make me sob. You don’t have to, but could you 𝚖𝚊𝚢𝚋𝚎 𝚜𝚞𝚋𝚜𝚌𝚛𝚒𝚋𝚎 and 𝚕𝚒𝚔𝚎 this comment? Bye for now.
Chadwick is legit the only person on this list i know about xD
That’s so crazy.. so many people that we’ve just always known or at least that I’ve known for all my life are gone now, it’s sad to think the people from the good old days are declining year by year.
so many good people😭💔
I just thank God for my life and my family every day happy new year Sacramento!
Thank you for this tribute!
When you know most of them from the list, probably your time is up too.

Getting close
What no MF DOOM? He wasn't mainstream but very influential, mysterious. He Stayed true to his character till the end.
I lost my ex wife whom I still loved due to a drug overdose on Dec 4 and 2 months before that my Guitar hero died EVH..may the LORD give them perfect peace in his arms...Amen

The older I get, the more I think 80's and 90's are too young. I am at the age when my dad passed, far too soon. I'm shooting for 104. Think of the past 20yrs flying by. I don't want it in the years to come.
RIP Jeremy Stevens 1938-2020.Totally are remembering lost many public figure entertainment has passed away this year 2020.
Remember Phyllis George, former Miss America, groundbreaking sportscaster, businesswoman, author and former Kentucky first lady.
