to determine the radius when cutting the fabric to the waist circumference, is it always divided by 6.28?
It's because the perimeter of the circumference is 2*pi*radius then 2*pi is 6.28 so yes you always divide for that number
@@maabbi is it used just to cut the 1 circle full? How about 1/2 circle?

RUBY AD : it will turns good as maxi dress! because of the skirt is full circle, so it will give a swing and flowy to your skirt. i also want to make it as maxi dress (because i'm a hijabi ^_^), and it will be beautiful♥

How will we know the measurements for top part of the dress? Do you have a printable version of this dress? Also great work.
Can you please explain how you measured for the top part. We are not the same size, some have a bigger bust and shoulders or smaller.
