The hem looks uneven. For circular skirts, you should keep the hem as the last step. After everything else is stitched, hang the skirt on a dressform or hanger for a few days. Some parts of the hem will stretch longer due to gravity. Then trim the hem again to make it even and stitch it. This will prevent the hem becoming uneven later.

You should measure your self at the waist line as well the length you like the shirt to be. She is not one of the best tutors but if you measure your self how she should should how she got those measure you would understand and the rest you got the idea how to do it…

I know where you got those numbers but when you do a tutorial do it correctly so any beginners could understand why 74 cm and not 53 or 102 cm and the same as for length. Another thing the last / top (waist line )button the hole you should do it horizontal not vertical as the rest.

Para quem tem dúvida: essa saia tem só duas medidas: a medida da cintura da pessoa e o comprimento que a pessoa quer.
