The order in which you constructed it is excellent.
So much easier to add skirt and then sleeves with FLAT pieces of work, rather than the round.
I will definitely make notes for constructing my dresses.

heyya. i wonder, for the neck opening, how do you make sure it will fit? did you make a mock up or just added a few cm more to the pattern? because i would usually end up with a dress i can barely fit my head into.
What would be the easiest closure if you were to add one to a dress like this?
p/s: I have been subscribed for more than 2 years (perhaps 3?) now, I still enjoy the videos you make and binge watch them from time to time ^-^
nur afifah It looks like she added a few more centimetres.
As you can see at the start of the video, she used a shirt she already knew would fit to make the pattern for the top. So if you make this, maybe trace the pattern for the top from a non stretchy t-shirt or one with a head-opening that you know you an get your head trough. :)
You could either add a slit and a button or a zipper. Is my guess, if you want a tighter fit around the neck.

I followed this but I made 2 mistakes. Too little fabric for the skirt and forgot to fold the collar the correct way xD still turned out pretty cute though
