You must also need to follow the protocol - Must take x ray before- Don’t play / guess in medical field-
It's not a must. We have to make sure with the symptoms and other tests to confirm it's deep and requires an x-ray. X- ray is not advised all the time and it's harmful too. This doctor made his explanation clear. And we don't need an injection.

Depends upon the bone quality and procedure we planned. We can give the crown as early as 3 days after the procedure. But it may take 1 or 2 weeks if it's a complicated procedure.
