Sir in Yoga we hsce many relaxation techniques. One such is called Instant Relaxation Technique(IRT) closer to what you have shown here. Lie diwn in your back on a mat and go on tightening one muscle after other starting from toe, ankle, leg, thigh muscles, oull stonach inward, squees the bums, ckench fists, tighten fire arm and arm muscles, expand your chest, tughten yiur facial muscles, hold fir few seconds and then oh! Simply relax/loosen every muscle.
Here I also have same problem. My close relatives 4 year old child is having epilepsy. Please give some good solution if possible. Medicine toh chal hi rha hai. But all reports are normal. Can you guide how to deal with this
