Dear Doctor, I have been watching this every day for the last ten days. I do it immediately after getting up. Life is much better and more upbeat after using three meditation techniques every morning. Apart from this, I watched many more videos. I did exercise and followed a healthy, sustainable diet. I needed to be more consistent due to various factors. I got motivated and understood the significance of exercising healthy, sustainable living rationally and scientifically. I restarted and hoped to make it a habit. Thank you so much for everything, Doctor. Thank you so much for helping us live a life meaningfully.
All yogic culture is based on breathing... Switch body to parasympathetic ANS... Moreover to get mastery / command over ANS... Regulate the body temp, heart beat's, even can stop heart voluntary & many more.... Every thing is there different yog lineages. This is basics of Yog. aim is advancement, going beyond body ( Shareer Bhav) & Mind (Chitt).

Its amazing Dr. Sid. I start meditation from September last 2023. But my mind never rid of thoughts...its always roaming here and there very very fast. Thn my mother passed away on January last 2024. From that onwards I just lost the energy to do meditation. But I want to do meditation badly and I found this video. I started it from last 4 days and surprisingly I can meditate fully without thought for entire video.... i feel calmer... thank you🙏

@@lakshmi1994-d4t absolutely true.👍 I use a 8 years old android phone as secondary phone just for the sake of alarm. Primary phone stays outside bedroom. Will complete my morning routine like meditation, walk, exercise and then only pick up my primary phone.
