    Sir, please make a video on the 'Things to do for immediately falling asleep'. It happens many times that we went to bed at the scheduled time and we can't really sleep and that affects the next morning's schedule. Please make a detailed video on the same.

    Dear Doctor, I have been watching this every day for the last ten days. I do it immediately after getting up. Life is much better and more upbeat after using three meditation techniques every morning. Apart from this, I watched many more videos. I did exercise and followed a healthy, sustainable diet. I needed to be more consistent due to various factors. I got motivated and understood the significance of exercising healthy, sustainable living rationally and scientifically. I restarted and hoped to make it a habit. Thank you so much for everything, Doctor. Thank you so much for helping us live a life meaningfully.

    All yogic culture is based on breathing... Switch body to parasympathetic ANS... Moreover to get mastery / command over ANS... Regulate the body temp, heart beat's, even can stop heart voluntary & many more.... Every thing is there different yog lineages. This is basics of Yog. aim is advancement, going beyond body ( Shareer Bhav) & Mind (Chitt).

    Respected doctor, I don't know if my message will get your eyes on it! But my wishes and prayers will surely reach you! I am 18 years old girl. Suffering from depression and migraine from the past 2 years, I had stupor depression in 2022. I started anti-depressants a few months back! Your videos made me realise a lot! Along with my knowledge my personality also grew a lot!! Right now, I was having a terrible headache, even my meds didn't work, also I had to go back to study and this stress was making my pain worse but this video of yours, calmed my pain at some levels that I got strength to get back to my desk to study......     I have been practicing of daily 20min meditation since 1.5 years 🧘‍♂️. Which has gave me pees calm also control over my senses.

    Aye aye. Love it. This was great. Did you know I recommend box breathing to all my patients to manage their stress better which in turn helps them manage their blood sugar levels better and their diabetes comes under better control. Love this. Ty Dr. Sid

    Its amazing Dr. Sid. I start meditation from September last 2023. But my mind never rid of thoughts...its always roaming here and there very very fast. Thn my mother passed away on January last 2024. From that onwards I just lost the energy to do meditation. But I want to do meditation badly and I found this video. I started it from last 4 days and surprisingly I can meditate fully without thought for entire video.... i feel calmer... thank you🙏

    Fantastic. I do box breathing for 15 mins (3-3-3-3 and then 4-4-4-4 pattern) but not regularly. Thank you for sharing this. Btw, your voice sounds superb during meditation.

      I use a 8 years old android phone as secondary phone just for the sake of alarm.
      Primary phone stays outside bedroom.
      Will complete my morning routine like meditation, walk, exercise and then only pick up my primary phone.
