Welcome back to another House Flipper video on PC, this plot of land is the "Like a Painting" from the Farm DLC released this year.
I'm super happy with this build and it's a recreation of the build I made for an upcoming game called Hometopia which is also on the channel, personally I much prefer this build to that one and I would totally live here!

I definitely don't have a green thumb so a lot of the time my garden designs don't look the best but every day is a learning day! ^_^
I made my own house and turned my garage into a massive bar….also basement into a bar.
Man this is best purchase in a game I’ve ever made.

There were a few pops of colour but not loads, maybe I should put more in future. ^_^
Did you put a roof? I can’t really see. I bought the same lot and I’m having a real hard time putting a roof. Beautiful house.
There is a really low profile roof on this house and I used the scissor lift to get up there, it should be in the ladders and scaffolding section. ^_^

The hammer icon in the store is actually from Steam workshop mods on PC. ^_^
Again... Black and white. I'd live to see what you could do with actual color.
This was a recreation of my Hometopia build, and despite its lack of colour I actually like how it turned out.
I'm not a professional in any sense and every day's a learning day. ^_^
