I just wanted to say, Wels: I have a condition that causes me chronic pain, and it’s been particularly bad the past few days. Watching this House Flipper series has been so nice and soothing to watch. Few things are able to really help me relax on a bad pain day, but I’ve found that this series has been one of them. Thanks for doing what you do! ❤
House flipper could definitely use a mode where you put together a run down house that you can set up as a challenge house to send to a friend challenge could be like you have a set dollar amount to renovate the house and you are trying to sell it for as much as possible or even trying to hit a sale price goal

I’ve had the bug where the living/kitchen/dining room registers as a man cave. After going through the wiki, I think it’s because a man cave requires specifically a leather couch? What’s strange though is that a man cave is ALSO supposed to have an arcade machine. This game is so buggy sometimes, lol :)
That seems very frustrating. Do you know if it affects the sale price?

That has to be frustrating because it can hender your design options.
I love how the upstairs turned out, especially the living space that was a difficult shape to work with. The only thing I would have changed is the storage at the bottom of the stairs in the laundry area.
Love what you did with today's house, but confused about your comment on how bedroom doors open when you said the basement one should have opened outward. Every bedroom/internal door I've had or seen opens inward. Do houses actually have internal doors that open outward?

The game's weird room classification system at work once more. The "man cave" logic makes no sense, but at least I understand why the bedroom was turned into an office. It's because of the desk, bookshelf, and tv. The tv counts as a monitor. You'd the the bed would override things and make it a bedroom, but apparently not. I wonder if taking out the bookshelf would fix it? No idea, but it all looks great regardless. 🙂

There are certain tiles (mostly from the HGTV DLC) that allow you to select a paint color as an option.

The reason why it’s registering as an office instead of a bedroom is because most of the furniture in there are office purposes. Removing the trash can and laptop might have worked. Not sure.
I hope they reconsider allowing players to designate the room types, as they seem to not register properly at all so far as I've watched lol
A railing for the stairs might provide some safety.
