My Custom Modern Mansion build in House Flipper using the Farm DLC, including a full tour and final sale price ^^
The final part of this huge build, the tour! This was a great build to make and decorate even if it took a really long time haha, I think I'll be doing a few smaller ones for a while haha. Thank you so much for the suggestions for creating such a large home, I hope you enjoyed the video and the final result! Just look at that profit!! ^^

How did you get the roof to overhang on the upstairs balconies? This is amazing, by the way. Definitely puts my builds to shame.
Thank you! Because I had the part in the middle of the build out further that the other walls I was able to pull the roof all the way over as if it was going to the edge. I hope that makes sense ^^
We console players are getting the Farm DLC next Monday on October 16th and i'm gonna have fun building a nice house. I will ask you this, if i'm building on the older properties, will i still make alot more if i turned a 1 story house into a 2 story house for example if i wanted to sell it after all the work i put into it?
That's great! I hope you enjoy it. I'm not sure honestly, I know you can only build extensions on existing homes, I don't really pay attention to the profit side of things very much anymore, in theory the price should increase I've noticed a lot of the custom builds tend to get great profits the majority of the time. ^^
