All of the DLC's come with different doors and windows as well as a bunch of items so getting some DLC's will give you more options ^^, the workshop is only for PC and I don't think doors from there are functional. Thank you!

That's fair 😊 They are very different to each other. You can only fly in sandbox mode though, when you play story mode for House Flipper 2 you can't fly. Personally I'm glad we don't have to install items like sinks and showers but I know others also enjoyed that part and would have liked it in House flipper 2 :)

I'm not sure, this is just a demo but I can go in and load up the jobs once they are finished and everything I put in is still there. It's possible full release will have something like a portfolio, it would be nice ^^

I just start building and see where it goes haha, I have a lot of different shells/ideas built for future projects. I'd say just start building things if you ever have an idea pop into sandbox mode and start building, if you're struggling with coming up with ideas looking at inspiration is always good too. It's a huge home but I'm working on it ^^

You need to get the achievement for finishing the game then all of the homes are available to buy again whenever you want. I believe you need to sell 50 homes for the achievement to pop.

Thank you! Yeah I've built a few custom homes on the empty plots it's great! I'm not sure, I was just looking at overall 90's style while I was decorating ^^, the PlayStation is an item from the steam workshop (PC only)

I don't think you can, at least not that I have figured out, you can rotate the door so it opens out of the room but I don't know of a way to swap which side the door opens sorry.

That sounds like a pretty cool idea but I'm not sure either would fit the previous shell I made as it had some floor to ceiling windows and a grand staircase, I might try and mess around with it though and see what happens, but I love the idea of a Santa house that could be awesome, I'm looking forward to them adding snow too ^^

It's not so much a DLC as it's a free update, there is still so much more they can add to the game so time will tell, it's not even been out for a year yet so there is bound to be some DLC's in the future. The original House Flipper come out in 2018 and they are still adding to that one and that has come a really long way since it's bare bones release. ^^

@ChaoticJelly i agree in all what you said ,but i think they want to sell dlcs at this point , they at least should have included a Garden module, imagine having all your house perfect but the grass look awful , and they know people asked this feature in the last House flipper 1, so this things must come already with the game as they already know what people asked for the first one

I think it's only a matter of time before they release a DLC for House Flipper 2 as the roadmap they posted does say there will be a new DLC announcement towards the end of this year, in regards to gardening I imagine you are referring to the story mode gardens as in sandbox mode you can do a lot with gardening, which I understand how that could be frustrating. ^^

I used two of the sloped roof pieces but you could use the gabled roof as it would give the same look once resized ^^

I don't believe you can place them in the ground like this in story mode as there is no move tool.

Thank you so much!! I'm glad you like the build 😊 Sometimes the shells take me some time to get right and I like to build a few at a time so I have options for future builds so that's why I show the initial shell build this way but I could try to write down the wall lengths for future builds ^^

@@ChaoticJelly That would be so useful. I mean you are so awesome that I wish you could design my real house... and I wish I have the money to afford you and to make that house hahahha.

If you choose the build room tool they are straight, there is also a snapping option I found at the top of the screen but I don't know if that can also work for walls you place individually ^^
