Thank you. Your 10 min sessions are extremely helpful. I do find some poses with knees bent in (ie. Reclined pigeon ect.) Are very helpful for back and hips but create pain in the back of knees. Do you have any poses to help my knees.

You might enjoy trying a challenge to build a bit of momentum, for example there's a free 5-day challenge for hips that focuses on building strength and openness in that area, and it'll work on the lower back too. Thanks for your videos! Do you have one on lower back flexibility? I have difficulty with poses like sitting up with your legs in a v shape and trying to stretch towards the right or left leg
