this guy is 94?? talking so fast, absolutely zero stuttering, 100% completely and totally with it, just WOW. ER nurse inner city Houston here, and my patients that are in their 70s, 80s, 90s are nowhere near the operating level of this human being!! incredible. motivation to stay on this path!!!

Unfortunately, I have been on and off the plan and not100 percent vegan but it still works
I worked in a group home for elderly people and I never seen anyone this age so alert!

The care home system for the elderly provides personal care and provides mainly drugs and food which is not healthful for the residents. Prolonging life is not the same as providing and encouraging a healthful life.

GOD has truly blessed him. Raw vegan lifestyle helps but the grace of GOD helps the most. He is a believer which is why he's still alive. Praise GOD!!.

@@Ayushkumar-pb9hp He doesn't. Or he gets them from synthetic vitamins. So, funny to see him claiming his diet is good for health seeing that without supplements, the guy would probably be dead or in the hospital.

And the raw veggies are much better than eating a rotten corpse and inflicting unnecessary pain and violence on animals.

Thank you for these interviews. They help me stay raw vegan. I'm a committed lifetime vegan for ethical reasons and super healthy but RAW VEGAN is the ultimate level of living body, mind and soul!

Beautiful old man but living in old Europe I see that you don’t need to be vegan, raw vegan to live long healthy life! We eat a lots of fruits, vegetables, some meat, fish and glass of red wine to have fun 😊

Best interview ever. Been following Fred for 30 years and he never changes in his approach to health. Helped me and many many people. I'm a 78 year old woman who tries to eat raw as much as possible. Haven't seen the need to see a doctor in 10 years. Just do the best you can and you will see results.

wow this was EPIC. i listened the whole way through, i could really listen to Fred talk for hours. I can't wait to read his books. It's really nice to see him live with you. Love this interview! It's so positive and I meet many people half his age who go on about being old. Eat clean, excercise, sleep and fresh water and air and good mindset makes all the difference ❤

These most recent podcast are really helping me, and answering questions concerns I have or feel might be a concern down the road. I’m really considering taking the leap! I was vegan for 7 months, but I’m ready to go again but high raw!

This guy is amazing. I hope I reach his age and can still think good like this. Too bad he hurt his back. I personally do yoga it did cured my very painful back. As long as I practice it daily my back is good. Good interview
yes agreed but it can be tricky doing yoga when it’s nerves and disc bulges for example; stretching is not always the way, I had to do nerve ‘flossing’ when I had sciatica (that pain that shoots doen the leg) as some stretches just made it worse. For someone here it might be worth checking out physios on youtube (or in person obviously) re nerve flossing for sciatica. ❤
