Was super nice when it first opened.. They had a huge Disney store up front, a two floor Gucci and Fendi store along with other high end retail companies. A nice movie theater and decent food court.. The water fountains were cool and would light up and rise to music.. The old "record town" music store had a full size 57 Chevy in the front window display that was really cool to look at..
I have a ton of memories my grandparents, taking me here when I was a kid during the holidays. We used to take the RTA down here, and we would spend the day here! Really sad to see this mall declining. Great Video John!
Thank you for sharing your memories Andrew! I love riding that RTA it’s so cool going under the buildings. Thank you for watching! Can’t wait to explore!
Remember going here back in the 90s many times whenever I visited Cleveland I remember the mall had a great smell to it that always made me think of this mall. Was trying to remember the name of this mall, as now I live outside of Cleveland.
Looks like a ghost town. I was there during Grand Opening and worked in retail for a couple of years in the 1990s. It was always so busy and full of people. It's very sad to see what it's become. I moved away in the late 90s and had no idea that it was mostly closed down now. It used to have a beautiful fountain in the middle. Thanks for sharing.
He was undoubtedly there on a Sunday, making it look much more "forgotten" than it actually is. There's still a fair amount of foot traffic in there during the week.
Wonderful memories going there in the 90’s….shopping all day, Fuddruckers for lunch. Christmas was so beautiful with the decorations. I took rolls of pictures when my son was a a young child. My last visit was during a St. Patrick’s day ☘️ parade…………unfortunately violence is prevalent 🥺 💔

The only way to carry on traditions or memories is to keep going to those places.
Top Notch Retail. Gladly shop in that Palace.
Wow this mall is really something else 😳
Rick!!! Thanks for watching man!!💯
I remember when Tower City First opened. How sad so many closed stores.
Thank you for watching! I can’t even imagine how grand it used to be!!!!
If your sad to see so many closed then that's why they closed. If people don't keep going to these places they will close.

The suburban schools would take the kids on a field trip there every year or two

I haven't heard of any violence there????

Wish you would have walked through the food court as well.

Nice job with the AI, making it sunny in Cleveland!
This was an odd ball sunny day😂, CLE weather isn’t our strong point, but nonetheless I still love Cleveland! Thank you for watching!
It’s always sunny in Cleveland 😊
What time of day did you go? And what day of the week? Not one single person there.
looks like labor day at 9am
@@pnyn8r How do you know?
The clock on the rta terminal gave it away. Lol
Maybe people need to go to these places from time to time to keep them open.
