Thanks Rose, its on the "to do" list. We actually just took it for a run to Batemans Bay over the Easter holidays - Was so good to have another holiday in the Major ;)
hey Shelly have you by chance got the exterior tour up yet? loved the inside tour great use of space and really great storage. You guys thought of everything! thankyou for an awesome video.
I’d really love to know how you found touring in the bus. How hard was it to find places to park. The cost of running the bus and what sort of engine do / did you have? Any engine problems? How long were you living in it and any problems you may have encountered. My intention is to buy a bus motorhome either to convert or already done and live in it full time.
One of my faves, love the superior organization and attention to rugged detail. Have you outgrown it? Also wondering how much weight the stainless added
The GVM is 12.5 tonne, thankfully we're not caravan owners ;) The stainless is actually less weight than the chipboard cupboards that are usually used :)
Hi Deb, Happy to have a chat. Not sure how to talk you through the process in a message here though. Any chance you are local and want to come and have a look? Contact me via the gumtree ad (link above)
Hi Carlos, we were getting about 3Km/Lt before we put the LPG system in. Economy is a little better now, but still beats any other traditional living costs 😉
I LOVE THIS BUS
Thanks Jessica. We do too, it's been a labour of love for many years :)
It gets better every time, room well used in every possible way.
Love it.
Keep the builds coming
Some great ideas and a great tour, thanks Shelley. The shoe cupboard near the front door is a top idea.
Thanks Pete, you guys have been such an inspiration for our lifestyle :) Hope you guys are doing well in the face of massive challenges.

Yeah,, I like it!! Wish you had it for sale in another 6 months time when I'm a bit more financial because I'd be very interested in buying it!!
Thanks... you never know, so far we haven’t met The Major’s new owners. 😉
Hmm, were you in the Navy, nice job. Metal working skills are superb. Well done

Quick question, I'm guessing it's not but is there any insulation??

Yeah, our kids are all growing up too fast!
Someone has sick metal working skills
My hubby is not one to cut corners... everything has to be awesome! haha
Where is the second video with your husband showing underneath? Have I overlooked it?
Just read this out loud so my Hubby could hear it.... he will get to that eventually! Thanks for the prompt ;)
@@ShelleyWeitenberg Looking forward to it. It has one of the best layouts I have ever seen.
So why are you moved out?
I desperately need instructions on how to make those beds for the kids. Is this possible to share with me???

Hi can you tell me what is the fuel consumption on the Coaster?
Hi Carlos, we were getting about 3Km/Lt before we put the LPG system in. Economy is a little better now, but still beats any other traditional living costs 😉
Is this still for sale??
Yes it is :) Come and have a look!
Shelley Weitenberg: Endorsed licence required? Sewerage dump sites? Extensive stainless steel is practical. Congrats!
Thanks Jeff, MR license required to drive. Dump sites make it easier ;)
Dont really need to know what goes into the cupboards.its a very "busy" bus...not for me.
Life with 4 kids is busy - a busy bus is needed for a busy family! ;)
I would add a bthrm sink with all that space. Way 2much stainless steal 4 my taste.
sad your price is way out my budget
Never be afraid to make an offer Christine - just give us a call ;)
@@ShelleyWeitenberg your bus is a dream ...i really do not have that kind of money :-(

Your husband is a sheet metal worker....
Correct! How'd you guess?
I bet the thing rattles like a bastard when driven
Actually, the only thing that rattles is the washing machine! We just push a towel between the frame and the drum to hold it steady when on the road.
