We thought so too! Love how they did a mini roof raise on the shower area! We're thinking about doing that now for our shower! Also love how they have exterior access to the composting toilet. Brilliant!!!
Saving this in case I ever build one of these, because I really want to. My jaw dropped at the shower seat/drawer. My wife has chronic pain and I like to sit in the shower when I have a migraine, it's perfect. What an amazing house and thank you for the inspiration.
this skoolie is genuinely so impressive. somehow it feels bigger than all the other builds i see, and i imagine the reason i’d probably because you have a queen bed instead of a king. still, the fact you have three extra beds for guests is amazing. most skoolies have the couch-bed, but you guys manage to have bunks as well. when i saw some shorts with the bunks i assumed you had kids, and was shocked it was for guests. you also have so much room for all your clothes which also shocked me- i have so many clothes, having space for them in a skoolie isn’t a common feature.
As a contractor I can say that you guys did a great job in building this out. Excellent craftsmanship for a DYI’er. I also watched your video on the cost, and I agree with others - you got the maximum BANG for your buck! One of the best builds out there.

Very nice build. You thought of everything, including bunk beds for guests. The bathroom is perfect. My only "negative" comment is make sure it doesn't get too hot above the stove for your vitamins. 👍🏻

beautifully designed! i've been watching skoolie and van conversions for over 2 years now and this is one of my favorites! loved how you used your space and didn't have to sacrifice on your amenities! the bathroom is always a dealbreaker for me and you seriously delivered. i'm converting a bus hopefully soon and i'd buy these plans without hesitation. amazing job
Thank you! The batteries have all the appropriate fuses and are only 6 volt batteries. I cant possibly believe that, if it somehow ignored all fuses, that someone would burn up before realizing there was a fire. I would be much more worried if the batteries were in front of an emergency exit (which there is one right across from the bunks) if the positive and negative were shorted (which is the only way a 6 volt battery would spark) the fuse will instantly blow. I've blown it many times on accident haha.

Your floor plan left nothing out and genius to put the toilet by the door, love the bunks and the clothing under the mattress, ac and heat in the master, The copper around your woodstove is charming as are your decorative details, tile, window treatments...perfection!

The toilet tiles look really dainty and i like your storages with their closing doors they look sturdy. The bunk beds near the toilet are nice sized and your bed looks really comfortable too.

Too many awesome details to mention......but I really love the cat station, wood stove, and ummm all of it really.
