Absolutely gorgeous home!!!! I love the bathroom. I agree, we don't need as much room as people think. You either live life or you don't because of the size and keep up of your huge home. We have 1,000 square foot home and it is too big. Our family and friends think we are poor because we don't have a huge home on our 2 acres, but we are the only ones going to Hawaii and snorkeling, kyaking and seeing life. 2 years ago we went snorkeling in the Bahamas. and the year before that we went to South America

He's 67 now and we own our on business. We have 6 adult children and 14 children. I say, it's our time to travel and sell our home of 26 years (we own it free and clear) and live off the extra. Have you looked at renting a van or something or staying at an Air BnB tiny house for a weekend? You both could try it out and your husband might see the possibilities more. ☺

I love this layout, and the whole vibe. The only thing I would change is putting the batteries under the bed, so that useful storage is inside the bus. I also love that you're travelling with animals!
Kool bus guys!... I had a 73 high way coach converted n I love it for many yrs, but it was hard to find parts n couldn't get any brakes for replacement n then divorce happened n it fell to the waste side n got wrecked. I still wish I had her but now I remarried n we travel in a Ford dually with a 1161 lance n our 2 harleys behind. RETIEMNENT N RIDING IS OUR PASSION NOW!. But we still work out 5 days a wk n my boyz n I were into kenpo, N BOXING. My boyz became competition boxers for many yr n even won province COMPATISON MATCHES!
Very beautiful build. I keep going between a thow, scoolie, or extended van. I don't have a partner to work with on the build, nor an indoor garage to work. For now, just looking and dreaming.
I'm inspired to live in a bus. I think I found a decent start that I can move in and work on. Hopefully within the next few weeks I'll be mobile. I haven't driven a bus but I can learn.
When I see a Skoolie this beautiful it’s the only time I question why I built a thow and not a skoolie. I love love love my thow! But some of these Skoolies are a quality build like my tiny house but you can drive it!!!
Your coach is beautiful the drawer and door locks are the best I used them in my first conversion 25 years ago and they are still available that tells you something right. Well done on the build love the kitchen. Are you consisting still putting the diesel heater it should pay off.

That may not have worked as well for weight distribution. Five of those batteries is a really heavy load.
