I’d really love to know how you found touring in the bus. How hard was it to find places to park. The cost of running the bus and what sort of engine do / did you have? Any engine problems? How long were you living in it and any problems you may have encountered. My intention is to buy a bus motorhome either to convert or already done and live in it full time.

Thanks for the encouragement, that'd be my Hubby's work... he's quite a craftsman. The bus was a motorhome when we bought her, but the only bits remaining are the kitchen and shower and Queen size bed, but even those have been modified! Been quite a project, and hoping to be on the road in another month or two :)

I have know about RAS for a very long time. Recently, I have had a very unusual experience thru it that boggles my mind as to all that happened rlating to it. If I can share that experience with you, it may be very important to convincing what you are trying to portray in your message here.

Theres a big sign at the top of the hill that says: "Road ahead unsuitable for long or articulated vehicles", so these silly guys go and drive a long AND articulated vehicle down the hill, inconsiderately holding up traffic for the other drivers. (if the subaru had a towbar, they should have ut the trailer on it, and driven the bus down without trailer).
