Seems like you met my ex looool 💀🤣 I recently shared my testimony about how God delivered me from a long term abusive relationship with a highly narcissistic ex-boyfriend. I ignored so many red flags in the beginning and that relationship almost cost me my actual life. I’m one year out and so grateful to have made it out alive! Praise God ✝️🙏🏾

I had a man whom we break up few month ago.. I could see pain in his eyes when ever I do something great... He could not appreciate the little i did rather asking for my money in the name of borrow me money I will give u tomorrow till it turn into a habit... He could do this to bring me down.. That jealous and insecure, few days ago I was chatting with a group of ladies about men so one of us said she left a man because he is always checking on her like he is always wanting to know her whereabouts and who she is talking and two of the ladies among us said he is just jealous and protecting his property there’s nothing wrong with it. Guys, I went off🤮 I screamed and told one the ladies who is still single to run for her life if such a man come for her. Most men who ask their wives to quit their job and become housewives do that mostly out of jealousy and insecurity. Abeg nobody should proctect me in the name of protecting his property, my guardian angel will do that.🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

That #9, I'm so proud of my man right now. He doesn't let me get away with bad behaviour. One night, I acted up in front of him and our pastor's wife who is like a mum to me. He made sure I apologized to her even though my attitude was directed at him. He talked to me and I started feeling foolish. That's just one scenario out of many. Thank God for him

I can do this mummy's boy lecture very well. I was dating someone that his mum practically controlled. When we were planning wedding, he was going to send money to his mum's account. Then he wanted me to be collecting any money I needed for the plans from her. The mum even wanted to get my wedding cloth. Plenty stories but God delivered me.

Good afternoon ma , i have been really bless by your teachings , i m really vex with what is going on in the body of Christ . I m single and i come to discover that we spend so much time tutoring the single ladies ( not that is bad ) than the single brothers . I see an imbalance in the system . So while emphasis is laid on the single ladies to be christian women , The brothers are busy being brothers ... So we have a lot of sisters spiritually prepared for mariage than brothers . We simply assume they are there . While they are not there . A wonderful sister leaves a rugged guy in the streets just to come inside the church or fellowship and meet a rugged acclaimed brother youth president of the fellowship..... I just feel this has to be addressed . Please there is an urgent need for our brothers to be properly groom spiritually . God is faithful. Let the brothers be addressed to avoid future pitfalls especially in the body of Christ. My opinion . Thanks

Hi Vanessa! To be honest, this couple has been giving balanced teachings and it is not over still. It is not a match between men and women. I agree with your point about the roots of the problem which extend to inside the Church. Pastors of good intentions try their best but ultimately, we are a broken Church that has lost unity, axed sacraments, deleted authority so basically in rebellion. I am a practicing Catholic and find it hard to find someone with the same marriage intentions, even among Catholics. It is even harder in protestant circles, in my opinion. The Pastor once taught a fundamental truth that God does not strike alliances with individuals but with whole generations. But, unfortunately, Protestantism does not view things that way: no baptism for children because they are too small to decide for themselves for example. There is so much focus on individual merit and wish that it is hard for the body of Christ to shape up. That is why you see so much drama.
I'm in the stage of my life where I really need this advice. Thank you pastor Mildred for sharing

Hmm this was a blessing, when I think "Maybe I am too picky now" I then come across such mentoring sessions and realise God is protecting me and asking me to wait a lil longer. 🙏🏽
