I just finished watching a video by you about 3 things to know/do before marriage: *be the right person, *choose the right person, and *do the right things. I loved it. Before now, i always thought i was a good person and would make a good wife. Lord have mercy. Today, i actually thank God i did not get married. Indeed i am a good person but, i wasn't the right person even for myself. I was such a damaged person but didn't realize how bad it was. When i look at me today, i give God the glory. I am in my early 30s and still single but i am grateful to be learning and growing as a single person instead of jumping into marriage and be a disaster. By the grace of God, today, i am proud to say i am not just a good person but i am the right person for myself and for my right man. I pray "doing the right things" is always a part of US.

I remember one time I went on a date with someone. And I he was a call with his mum. The way he spoke to her made me not only cringe but shiver 🥶 . Up until that time he had been a very gentle man/ godfearing brother. Then again a person that can speak to his in such manner it will only be a matter of time. Well said Mama❤
Something I'd like to add to this video is that before getting married, prepare more for the life you will live after the wedding day, and not prepare for the wedding day only. Learn how to cook properly, do proper cleanup, pray ps 139:23-24 which says; "Search me oh God and know my heart, try me and know my anxious thoughts and see if there be any wicked way in me and lead me in the way everlasting. When you do this, you'll find out a lot of things about yourself that you didn't even know you had. God help us.
It's important men/husbands read, watch materials they give/provide for women/their wives, as this benefits them both. In here, I just discovered a bit of how my woman would want to see me. What she looks for in a man, in her man. And learning makes me walk along a/the part to developing to being that person she is seeing from her view and praying for.
