Proper morning routine
This just motivated me to get up at 5 am. I’ve been getting up at 6 since 2019 but I feel like that extra hour to get my workout is needed and now I’m sold 💕

Like I literally am the happiest right now. I just finished teaching my class online, undressed and tadaaaa I picked up my phone and I see that notification!!! Octavia has dropped a video. This routine is for single people with no kids, I have three kids and my routine start at 5:00 am totally a caos in the morning, making breakfast kids yelling and fighting for bathroom and seen Octavia so peaceful doing everything is so calming. ☺️♥️
