That me i have 10 alarms set up on my phone from 5am. But i get up at 630ish and i have a almost 6yrs old that wants to give me attitude in the morning because I'm screaming lettttt Move!!!!! As i have to be at work at 7:30.

As much as I try to wake up in the morning, I just can't...😫😞 I feel like a lot of it has to do with depression and I just can't get up. It's a horrible feeling that I want to snap out of but it's so hard. Literally can't get out of bed. Walking up this early and feeling motivated must feel so great.💕
Hey! I struggle with depression and I know exactly what you mean that it’s hard but once you fight to get up and start your day and practice little things to help you have a positive day at that it really makes you feel better.

Try some morning yoga and work on your breathing too, this helped me a lot! As hard as it can be, making the conscious decision that it’s going to a great day, usually turns out to be a great day! Love and light to you hun! Celebrate your small victories ❤️
Literally because of you I wake up early in the mornings, get myself together and make breakfast before work. My 2020 goal was to work on my time management and you’ve inspired me. I’ve been doing great consistently for it to be the middle of January lol💕 Love these videos!

It’s weird I saw this comment . I felt so depressed coming home from work today and keep getting anxious about a new facility that was just added to my schedule. I looked at the sky and wished I could just fly away lol 😂 I know it’s a bit dramatic but I thank God I have a job ..it does have its good days

solarlola 9 Girl I HATED my job until they closed my entire dept down 1/15 a few weeks before going on maternity leave. I’d say hang in there and just be grateful because at anytime it can be taken.

Like me , try to find a distraction (hobby) some thing to focus on to take your mind off things even for a little bit it will definitely make you feel better. And of course writing down your feelings and praying definitely helps. I really hope you feel better soon always here if you need to talk❤️

This is relaxing. Can’t wait to develop an organized routine where I can truly take my time and not rush. Sometimes, I just want to sit at the dining table to eat breakfast than being on the go and running/walking fast to the train. Do you have any tips ?
I used to be that person but I found that whenever I’m rushing and not taking my time my day ends up being very chaotic. Instead I like to wake up early enough that I have enough time to do everything slowly and not Rush and just start my day peacefully
Octavia B thanks for your advice. Yes, I do notice that my day starts off a little chaotic when rushing. I will try and just get myself to get up earlier. All about changing my mindset and being disciplined.
