hope you enjoy!! ❤ check out the icon pack → www.reapertips.com/products/essential-icons-for-reaper I love making these and i'll be forever growing this library with more and more icons~ 🚀
I've never spent much time before creating different layouts before but man, I had no idea you can do so much with it, this really opened up my eyes to something really cool. Also, my mind can't comprehend the time you've put to make these videos man, major props.
Thank you so much! Purchased your icons! I was going to make icons but you doing it is worth the money xD Would very much like a video of your toolbar actions! Especially the Mixer windows ones
I know these things are constantly evolving, but you should release a reaper configuration that people could try in a portable install to see what they like. Also super interested in that track preset script!!! Yeah I know it’s not super simple, also planning on buying the icons! Maybe you could include the screen set with the layouts and stuff in the download?
Nice video ! I already went through this process and ended with same concept of top toolbar buttons opening different docked toolbars. Your video gave me some other ideas (the docked project note is brilliant !).
Just got the essential icon in appreciation for your work. Thanks for taking the time to show everyone how to work with Reaper. I definitely need the help.
ooh, is there a video where you talk about what you show at the beginning, a toolbar script with all your track templates? I would love to have these! Thanks!
Cool video! Will borrow some of these ideas. I would love to see a video on how to best optimize Reaper for touch screen use. I love mixing on my couch with my Microsoft Surface. Reaper is pretty decent for touch control but I imagine there are ways to improve it.
Nice video. Reaper is indeed in a league of it's own. I liked how you brought the inserts slots on the channel in the arrange window like it is in Pro Tools. But you didn't share how you did it. I'm interested
Amazing video... You enjoy editing Reaper. Congrats.!! Bytheway.. is there a way to make the fx insets the same color as the track. I dont like the black background!!! 🤔
Did you know that there's a Fruity Dance Version for Reaper Called "PeloReaper" ? I'm beating my beat after I knew about it, life's great when you have someone to dance to your songs in reaper
Oh no, why is this video only shown to me now... ? So I hear "$5" for an icon pack, but it is waay too late... Will keep note of every trick you show in this video, some are sooo useful, thanks!
reaper is clearly one of the greatest and cheapest daw on earth, the only issue is too much possibilities... but I just watch to mix on it future projects, so much cpu friendly than ableton.
i want to make reaper fast as ableton and same as ableton .. ..with all the shortcuts and all the functions same as ableton .. i dont want to buy ableton .. but want to make same as ableton ..
I would honestly just save up and get Ableton. You can of course accomplish many of the things in REAPER but if Ableton already got everything you want, then that could be a nice goal :D
Cubase elements was for 50 euros, it contains a large package of effects and sounds, more features and options, why should I use reaper which is more expensive and is an empty daw? It doesn't make sense.
Cubase Elements is $99 currently on their website. There's track limits and less plugins and less instruments (than the pro and artist version). But as far as samples and virtual instruments go, reaper doesn't have anything really useful. But that said, if all you use is stock plugins and stock samples maybe cubase might be better for you. But for those of us who mostly use third party plugins and samples it's irrelevant what daw you use as long as you're happy with it.

Is there a easy way to replace current icons with your icons?
I would love a video about your Toolbar actions!

Bought the icons right away. They look fantastic, great job Alejandro!
One of the most significant videos I've watched about Reaper. I think there is more learning (much more) than just layouts and toolbars.
New to Reaper. Enjoying your channel - lots of great tips n info!
Muchas Gracias por todo tu trabajas y tus ofrendas:)
This is amazing Alejandro!!! I would love to see your actions on the toolbars, but I’m REAAALLY curious about the track template script!!

Excellent video, my friend! REAPER is so cool!
Thank you, Alejandro! Wonderful, as always.
Please show me the whole set of tools that you use to speed up the work process

Alejandro, you are a treasure as always. Catch you in discord sometime soon!
Looks amazing... Do you have a team shirt for sale with all the settings and scripts? I would be very happy
i would love to demystify the taboo that is a centered clock/timecode with default 7.0 theme.
Cool!!!
Thank you for the video!!!
there is any way to have a thinner mix view for multi channel recording? showing only the meters?
Love Reaper
Thanks Brother
extremely useful tutorial, thanks!
alejandro como haces para tener los menu en color oscuro?
You are the best, thank you
Legend.
Yeah... a video about the actions of your toolbars would be very useful
You are great man
Hi, whats what you do at 13:03 where you move to the sides (the cursor is a hand)
Hello! Good question! I talk about it in this super old video: ruclips.net/video/PxaUPVI-Vb8/видео.htmlsi=_Xb3cjVsLQ1DmXVm
@Reapertips thanks for the answer
Hey! Waiting for the video about track templates script!
You can put your track template in its own menu and set it to open on a right click.
What was that track template stuff ?
Did you know that there's a Fruity Dance Version for Reaper Called "PeloReaper" ?
I'm beating my beat after I knew about it, life's great when you have someone to dance to your songs in reaper
how do you set your screenset 2 with fx browser and mixer???
Toolbar actions video is a most do. I cant figure all this by myself. The terminology on all this DAW's are like a Martian vocabulary for me. lol
I wish we could change the size of toolbar icons.
I have never seen a DAW as customizable as this
thanks

@@cedricsimonakafrozenjazz aw happy to give you a discount ❤️ DM me or send me an email if you want~!
Alejandro, you should think about adding a crypto payment tip...
Omg I need to figure out how to do that!

@@Reapertips i have bought reaper .. and not used yet .. that the reason ..
Most important question: How do I make it look easy while I know, it's all a complex and fragile construction of hacks.
