Hi roland so i made last weeks dish broccoli with garlìc but had a kitchen mishap ..way too much oyster sauce came out so it was broccoli with oyster sauce with a hint of garlic 😂😂 ..this pork recipe looks good ..do i dare try it lol 😊

Tips for improvement: Ginger can be added earlier tgt with the pork to rls the ginger aroma and also to take away any odour Sugar itself will caramelise and hence u do not need to thicken with starch solution, just need to let the sauce evaporate abit more
This recipe is good only for 1 person 😂. I will double it and braise it for longer. Prefer the melt in your mouth fats. Yums 😋😋. Thank you, chef Roland for this simple recipe.
