This is so helpful, started pole at home as my sister is a pole dancer herself, been working really good and getting some amazing moves in. However my flexibility is limited I can’t do certain tricks that include splits and lifting my legs high. Really need to improve, these tips will be very helpful 😊 thankyou !!

Thank you for watching Ulysse! I would say that it is fine to stretch every day, and even multiple times a day - the key is safe, incremental improvements and making sure your body is hydrated & nourished! Good luck on your practice and even a few times a week consistently will help a lot! :D
