    I pole danced for 15yrs. Then stopped for 9. Now i just started again. Its interesting how my bidy remembers the moves natrually but to rebuild the strength is what's key.

      It is fun. I took a couple beginner classes a few years ago, and I really enjoyed it.
      Unfortunately, I had to drop it because I couldn't afford to continue attending classes, and there isn't enough space in our current apartment for me to have a home pole. Someday I'd like to get back into learning pole again. It is actually really fun, and you will build full-body strength from doing it.

    I want to get started so bad but I live in a small town and would have to drive at least an hour every week to the nearest pole fitness studio to practice. Im thinking of just saying fuck it and making the drive I’ve wanted to try it for the longest time.

    • @JuliannaPole
      @JuliannaPole  4 месяца назад +2

      You can learn the basics at the studio first and then install a pole at home to practice more frequently. You’ll be able to learn much quicker this way ❤️ I got my pole here: xpoleus.com/affiliate/julianna_pole/

      Многое зависит от регулярности занятий. Кто то ходит 4 раза в неделю по 2 часа, а кто то 2 раза в неделю по 1 часу. А ещё от количества народу. Тренер должен подойти, подстраховать во время нового сложного элемента, особенно если матов нет.

      @Scorchedlnfern0 9 месяцев назад +3

      @Super_edizz maybe do some research, that is, if you even know how to search something on Google. This is pole dance, otherwise known as pole gymnastics. It is a sport that requires extreme physical strength and flexibility. Stripping is where someone dances almost naked and in a provocative manner. Exotic pole dance is the stripping version of regular pole dance.
