Nice video. Just wanted to add that you can drain the water from the Magnaclean via a drain plug that's at the bottom of the housing. Yours might be difficult to access as it's installed quite low but it can be opened with the other end of the lid spanner you use in the video instead of using suction device.
Hi there. Just wondering. Once you have put the cleaner in. Shouldn’t one do a drain of the whole system after a week to get rid of all the gunk instead of having it run around your system for months? Even though the magnaclean gets rid of the magnetic bits it doesn’t attract the sludge Cheers for the vid ☝️
Two questions. 1. Do you have to drain one radiator in order to make space for the inhibitor? 2. Does 1L fit in the filter without draining down a radiator?
Depends what system you have, but the way i did it was to empty the magnaclean of water once isolated. You can then fill approx 500ml then put everything back on and repeqt process again to get the 2nd 500ml in.
Noel Bourke don’t listen to this comment , it does not hold 1L as per the commenters question. It’s about 500ml any more and it overflows when reassembling

Coolio👍💪
Is there a chemical where that I can just leave in the system for some time? Or does every chemical needs taken out after a few weeks?
Not sure, im a diy'er so best get on screwfix and have a read up.👍
I’ve read about this product. Do I need a plumber to add this to my combi boiler or?
I would advise you get a plumber.
Hi will the boiler lose pressure when the boiler is switched off and after adding sentinel?
It will only lose pressure if you remove some water from it.

So what does this X100 after a week or a month? Please show us the same part of your circuit after some time! :>
I'll whip my pipe out and show how clean it is.
Thank you very much! :>
And... what happens to the unwanted sticky stuff ? How is it... disappearing? :-?
How does your sticky stuff dissappear after you whip your pipe out.😂😂😂
Hi, would you take the same steps with sentinel X 800?
The video was as straight as you can get..thanks
Ah, from the looks of it you’ve added it via your filter.
Via the filter it's easy or you can get aersol cans that dose via a radiator.
I thought it was bear grylls at first😂😂😂😂
Someone else has said that.lol
